Here is one smoothie recipe I got from the TV yesterday.And I tell you it looks yummy!I bet it tastes good, have to give it a try one day. The best part of it its healthy. Just great. You only need a few stuff.here have a look:-
|1.Four pieces of avocados, skinned.|
|2.A couple of peeled bananas.|
|3.One-two spoonful of brown sugar.|
|4.A glass of milk.|
So make it and drink immediately for an optimized benefit if not your smoothie defeats its purpose and all you get is a mouthful of sweetness, no value.
