Vitamin B12-Anemia prevention

Recently a friend of mine went under a combo of headaches, nausea & appetite loss. She was also looking abnormally pale. So,she decided to go for a check up to see what was wrong. Well, it turned out to be nothing serious, she had low-blood pressure. The doctor assured it's nothing serious(that's why I wrote that in the first place) but should be taken care of, for if left untreated it could lead to health complications, such as congestive heart failure, impaired vision and a weaken immunity.
The doctor told her to take some B complex vitamins and load up on Vitamin B12-rich foods.
Vitamin B12 is essential for a healthy red blood cell count and it's needed for the production and regeneration of red blood cells.Low blood pressure is a poor condition of the blood constituent, so adding Vitamin B12 in the diet may improve the condition and also it prevents the onset of anemia.
Other of it's purpose is for a normal growth in children and assists in vital metabolic and enzymatic functions.
It's mainly to enrich the circulatory system with healthy and robust red blood cells, for these are the mediums for transferring gas and nutrients throughout our body. With unhealthy production of red blood  cells, deficiency of nutrients may occur.
