Vitamin D-a buddy for calcium

Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin (including vitamins A,E & K). It's a steroid vitamin which assists in assimilation of calcium, phosphorus & other minerals from the digestive tract. Without sufficient amount, calcium especially is unable to be absorbed & used by the body.
Did you know that by exposing yourself in the morning sun(7a.m.-10a.m) you body reacts with the heat to produce vitamin D,thus supplements wouldn't be so necessary. However, I don't recommend it these days as the ozone layer is exhausted with loopholes that retards it's barrier functions against harmful rays of the sun.
Vitamin D exists in various forms, D1,D2,D3,D4 & D5. The popular ones would be D2(ergocalciferol) & D3(cholecalciferol).

When its about to get some good suppliments, by vitamins, you need to find the time, to get the best ones, since you need to be focus, on what results has each vitamin. In my opinion fruits are the best , to be eat, each day.!
