Vitamin F - Heard of it? It's linoleic acid

I don't think many of us realize the existence of vitamin F, that includes me. Upon my research to blog about vitamins, I met vitamin F along the way,hence it's important for me to share it out here so you all could learn about it. For those who have already have knowledge on it, why not share what yo uknow with us by placing a comment. It'll be most appreciated.
Moving on with the topic, this vitamin is often called essential fatty acids,this many of us are most probably familiar with.Found in two forms; linoleic acid alpha-linoleic acid. I won't elaborate much on this as my comprehension on vitamin F is still just sprouting & I,myself will have to do some more reading on this.
As it is a fatty acid, you can get it from oils- unrefined, unprocessed veggie oils including soybean oils, safflower oil, sunflower oil, corn oil,olive oil and flaxseed oil.
Other sources;-
  • Walnuts & sesame seeds.
  • Mackerel,salmon,tuna(oily fish)
  • Avocado
