Healthy lunch : Spaghetti with Pumpkin sauce

Heard of this recipe before? I haven't and this is my first time of making it. When you are out of ideas of what to cook , try this out, it was supposed to be an experimental recipe by my mum-in-law, but turned out to be delicious and it's kind of healthy. So, I thought I'd share it to the world.

->3 potatoes
->1/2 pumpkin (medium sized)
->1 Carrot
->A handful of Oyster mushrooms
->A few stalks of celery
->A bowl of round eye steak (cut into cubes)

**All these ingredients are to be boiled and toss into the blender.

->A bowl of dried chilli (Boiled)
->Coriander powder
->Cumin powder and three spoons of curry powder
->2 large red onions
->A few cloves of garlic (These five are to be blended together)

->2 tablespoon sugar
->Few stalks of Sawi(Who knows what this is called in english? help please..)
->A cup of fish balls (cut into halves)
->Fried onions to garnish (sold ready-made)
->Corn oil for sauteing

->A packet of spaghetti (boiled)

  1. Saute the blended mix of curry powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, dried chilli, onions and garlic for a few minutes.
  2. Next, add a cup of water, not too much, let boil.
  3. Pour in the boiled and blended ingredients, add a cup more water.
  4. Add in the fish balls.
  5. If it's too thick , add more water, alter the thickness according to your preference.
  6. Add a sprinkle of salt and sugar.
  7. Wait till boiling, slow down fire.
  8. Add in the sawi. Turn off fire.
  9. Place spaghetti in a bowl add the sauce and  sprinkle fried onions on top, ready to be eaten. bon appetit!
Try it out and as always thank you for reading! Happy lunch hour~
