Coconut Water- Love the taste, Love the Health Benefits.

When I was a little girl, I used to go back to my grandparents place for the holidays.
They lived in the village and was surrounded by many plants and trees which were a delightful sight, as we don't see much of those in the middle of KL. Among those trees stood tall palms, some were tilted some were straight, it's coconuts!

(Cocos nucifera)Yeah! My grandfather would gather up young coconuts and holes on top of the fruit to pour out its water, once the water is all out we would continue with the process of scooping out its flesh for further consumption. Ah, yummy~

Now that I've unearthed it's benefits, I have more reasons to consume even more of its water, and just to let you know, that, you should probably do the same.

Health Benefits of Coconut Water

I love coconut milk and heard it is a combination of coconut water and coconut meat blended together. My husband and I use it when making green smoothies, especially when adding pineapple as well!
