Barley has been used for many years in the treatment of illness and health maintenance. It's not only tastes good but it provides nutrition to the body as well. So, today I choose Barley as my topic for I think people should consume it more, as it offers tremendous benefits for the health of our bodies.
What's great about barley is that both eating and drinking it's water provides the body with nourishment. So, in a whole go, just gulp both down to satiate your tummy and quench your thirst with goodness.

Simple Barley Drink
- You'll need a cup of barley grains(thoroughly washed), bring to boil.
- Brown sugar(add in accordance to your taste buds)
- Next, add a cup of fresh milk.
