Fish(sama')
It is commonly known that fish is one of the best choice for consumption with less harmful substances compared to live-stock that we got on the land. But it is advisable to avoid big fishes as they may be tainted up to a certain degree due to the oil-spills in the ocean these days.
It is said that the best choice of fishes would be the ones in moderate size, softest meat, lives in fresh water that flows, those which eat plants and the ones with scales, the finer the better as the scales filters out harmful substances that tries to go into the body of the fish.
The meat from a seafish is said to be tougher and harder to digest, but may be beneficial for fertility purposes.
If you are looking for salted fish, choose the most recently salted. And eating the fish part that is closest to the tail would be a better option than eating the upper part near the head.
What else do we get from fish consumption;-
  • Good source of protein.
  • Oily fishes are good for brain and heart health.
  • Does not come with antibiotics or growth hormones.
Having a fish meal up to 3 times in a week is recommended.


Banana(talh)
  • Helps against roughness of chest and lungs.
  • Relieves coughing and cures ulcers of kidneys and prostate.
  • A diuretic.
  • Taken before meals to soften the stomach and eaten with sugar to reduce the harmful effects.
  • Provides energy.
  • High in fiber to ease constipation.
  • Contains magnesium and potassium. Enhancing the nervous system functions.
Grapes(Inab)
  • The best choice of grapes are black grapes and seedless.
  • Grapes strengthens the body and acts as a laxative.
  • Grapes also contains a phytochemical, resvaratrol which is an anticancer and protects the heart from diseases.
Lentils(Addas)
Whole lentils are better and more beneficial, with peels and all. The white lentils are easier to digest.
  • Lentils could cure a constipated gut and is rich in fiber.
  • Contains protein and folic acid, makes a great meal for pregnant women.
  • Lower blood cholesterol level and manages blood sugar level.
  • Upon regular consumption, it may help to prevent the onset of breast cancer.
Honey(asal)

As we all should be aware of, honey is scientifically proven to be the most complete food available. It contains all sorts of vitamins, minerals, protein and essential nutrients for the body.
  • It's high level of antibacterial activity makes it a great wound dressing and it helps to heal it faster.
  • It is also said to boost memory and cures stomach ailments.
  • The Prophet SAW mentioned honey as a cure for all diseases8.
The best type is said to come from the mountains and trees, tastes light and sweet.

Celery
  • It's leaves are good for the stomach's health.
  • Acts as a diuretic.
  • Improve menstruation flow and dissolve stones.
Salt(milh)
Salt is a necessity in the body. Why?
  • It decomposes, cleanses and dries thick humidity in the body.
  • Strengthen the body.
  • Prevents malignant infections from spreading.
  • Works as a laxative.
  • Helps against pleurisy.
  • Use as mouthwash to clean teeth, prevent tooth decay and helps the gums to grow stronger. 
Milk(laban) & water
Drink more water. This is the article I wrote on water. Both milk and water provides hydration to the body, removese heat and restore lost moisture.

Milk;
  • Contains nutrition, assist red blood cells production, softens the stomach and acts as a laxative.
  • It also relieves depression and black bile ailments.
  • Taken with honey to cleanse septic materials and induce sleep.
  • Sheep's milk is the most watery with bad odor, produces phlegm and causes white spots if taken on a regular basis.
  • Goat's milk cures mouth cankers and dry cough, as well as nose bleed.
  • Cow's milk is said to be the one of best milks that provides the body with nutrition and acts as a mild laxative.

Water;-
  • Improves blood circulation and decomposes concentrated moisture.
  • Here's the best criteria of water- Crystal clear, odorless, sweet yet fresh, light, not stagnant(flowing source), should not be exposed to sun or wind, source should be fast running, and the deeper into the earth the better source.

Most of foods that U been listed there are my main @ daily intake foods. Contohnya susu dan air, totally am must~
