How do you sleep?
Are you having enough sleep? Are you sleeping well? Are you sleeping at the right hours? I did wrote on sleep in my article, sleep like a baby . However, I'd like to mention this topic once more as I think not many of our eyes are open to why is it so important to get; 1)enough sleep, 2)sleep at the right time 3)benefits of sleeping. I know, understand and experience it myself, deprivation of sleeping. But, I hope to sleep better in the future, I sure you hope to do so too. The long hours of unachievable sleep will take a toll on our health. Have you ever wonder why we have day and night? The days are lighten up by the sun, as a signal to wake up and work, for activities to be done while the nights are dark, only dimmed light from the moon is available, a sign for us to slow down, go back home and the vital part, sleeping.
