Snoring - good or bad?
What do you think causes snoring? A.K.A. sleep apnea. As I grew up, I thought snoring was a result from a dead log sleep from weariness, it could be possible, but my readings proved otherwise. Did you know that snoring is the cause of breathing problems when sleeping? Shocking truth? I bet there are a lot of people out there who snores (how do we know if we snore? Ask witnesses) and yet have no idea that snoring is a sign of danger. It's not just annoying to the ears, it's annoying to the health as well. The sound of snoring is made by a blockage in the airway when our throat muscles relaxes during bedtime or due to an abnormal throat tissue, causing our breathing to a halt for a second or more. This causes disruption to our sleeping rhythm and hikes up on our blood pressure. Causes for a snore;- Aging. As we age our throat muscles tone down, causing narrowness, hence snoring. Gender.
